If you want to share a Heatmap without giving others access to your account credentials you can capture it to a graphics file which you can then email or store offline.

To accomplish that you will need a screen capturing program that can support capturing frames with a scroll-bar.

One way to do it would be to use Firefox and a Firefox extension "ScreenGrab!".
1) Install the extension.
2) Open the Heatmap report in Firefox.
3) Left click the little ClickTale icon in the top-right corner of the Heatmap. This will switch the display to a capture friendly mode.
4) Right click the icon and choose: "ScreenGrab!" -> "Save..." -> "Complete page/frame".
5) Save the file to the location of your choice.
6) Left click the icon again to return to the original mode.

Note: If you prefer to take a capture that includes the report info, such as date, page url, visitors, legend and ClickTale logo then, in step 4, left click the "ScreenGrab!" icon on the status bar of the FireFox window instead of right clicking the icon on the Heatmap and continue in a similar fashion.

We have also captured the heatmap successfully with FireShot, an add-on for FF. FireShot also has a version for IE.

Note: For some versions of ScreenGrab!, your "ScreenGrab!" extension has to be in "Gecko Canvas" mode. If you get wrong results, please verify the mode in "Firefox"->"Tools"->"Add-ons"->"Screen grab!"->"Options".

Note: ScreenGab! needs an up to date version of java. If you are having issues with grabbing, please try to update your java.

The are unconfirmed reports that you can also capture the frame with a commercial software called SnagIt.
