By default visitors are not tracked cross domains or sub-domains (except that www.x.com and x.com are cross tracked). If you use and control several sub-domains you might want to modify your script to support cross tracking. To accomplish this you need to set a variable in the recording script to the value of your top domain.
For example, if you have www.mydomain.com and blog.mydomain.com you should modify your script to add the line:
Code:
ClickTaleCookieDomain="mydomain.com";

before the line that says
Code:
if(typeof ClickTale=='function') ClickTale([?],[?]);

The result will look like this:
Code:
ClickTaleCookieDomain="mydomain.com";
if(typeof ClickTale=='function') ClickTale([?],[?]);

You then add the new recording script to your pages on both domains. This will enable you to record both sub-domains and watch visitors as they are redirected from sub-domain A to B.
