ClickTale makes a hit to the original page for every recording that is made. The number of hits is limited by your daily ClickTale quota.
This is by design and is the way ClickTale gets the content required for the playback. This is similar to how a search engine crawls your website, we call this “caching”.
If you are generating reports based on your HTTP server logs, you may be affected by this behavior. You should exclude our user-agent from your data, in a way similar to how you would exclude other bots and spiders from your reports.

Suggested solutions are to exclude from analysis any userAgents containing "ClickTale bot" (or "bot" in general) or hits form IP range 75.125.82.64/26 (75.125.82.64 - 75.125.82.127).

Some additional information is mentioned here: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=93&hilit=caching
