Unfortunately I don't have access to redirect domain.org to www.domain.org, which means that I have 2 different sets of heatmaps in my records. One for domain.org and another for www.domain.org. I don't suppose there's any way these could be merged if the user nominated this somehow?

roshaoar,

When you generate your report "by Version", the system will process all URLs whose content matches that specific version. URLs only matter for the initial filtering.

I'd also request this feature

We have links like index.php?&id=-1 and index.php?id=-1 that are identical pages, but coming out as two different pages in ClickTale

Is there any solution to transform the links into one version in ClickTale or to specify a canonical version?
