Allows easy changing of the script on many pages at once (for example if a new version is out, or you want to change the ratio)

A tutorial can be found here

Comments, questions or bug reports can be posted here.

Thank you

I seem to be having an issue with the ClickTale code and my sites flash based menu. My thinking is that by using this JavaScript file method I can now use ClickTale safely.

Now on to my most basic of questions; where do I locate the information that I need to change to make it work, project id and ratio? When I take a look at the tracking code that I previously inserted on the site the values are numeric. Do I use the same ones?

Hi,

You need to use the same numeric values as in your existing tracking code.
Based on what you have mentioned, I am not sure that this method will help you support your flash based menu. Flash is supported on a limited basis. See viewtopic.php?f=2&t=170 for details.

Arik.

Thank you for both answers.
I'll set about trying to get this to work as I feel that the information clicktale provides is very valuable.
