I just reinstalled the PHP Integration Script and did not install the Control Script at all, and I am getting the following results at ClickTale/Install/index.php: Notice: Undefined index: HTTPS in /var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/httpdocs/ClickTale/Install/index.php on line 106 Versions Module Version You are currently running ClickTale PHP Integration module version 0.9 (08.23.2009) PHP Version You are running on PHP version 5.2.9 Validation Logging Directory Logging is turned on but your logs directory at: /var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/httpdocs/ClickTale/Logs is NOT writable Fetch From Directory The "fetch from" directory seems to be correct Cache engine check * You are using FileSystem caching. * Cache directory at: /var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/httpdocs/ClickTale/Cache is NOT writable ----------------------------------------------------- I also noticed that our Logs directory does not exist, it was not included in the Integration Module. |

Hi, We will look into this note. For now you should not use "http://mysite.com/includes/ClickTale/ClickTaleControl.php" it as a replacement for a WRb.js reference. It should not cause valid recording. Please sent me the real url of the site and the real url of the ClickTaleControl.php in a private message or post it in the forum. Regards, Arik. |

Hi ay2010, You have installed the PHP Integration Module (not integration code). You files seem to be in place, but you need to allow write permissions to the two directories mentioned above. Do you know how to extend permissions on those folders? Arik. |

Hi Arik, Like I said, I removed the Control Script to see if the Integration was working, which is not. I know how to change the permissions. The problem is, in my installation I don't see any Logs or Cache directories. The only directories I see are: ClickTale.CachingProviders Install PHPCompat and the files, but no other directories. Any ideas? |

Any ideas? Just go ahead and create them. Then give write permission. It will not work correctly until your Cache directory is correct. If you have MySQL on the server you can also try to switch the provider to use MySQL for caching. It is the preferred method. Read the documentation for instructions about how to do so. Arik. |

Arik wrote: cdaa wrote: As feedback for future releases, a server-side rules manager (like Google Analytics'?) would be a much easier solution. ![]() Hi, What is this "server-side rules manager" that you are describing? Arik. Google Analytics supports filters where you can use regular expressions to filter and reports. For example we use these filters to exclude traffic from our internal IP addresses and we also combine our upper and lower case URLs into lowercase so our reports are more clean. |
